NURSING MEDIUM · WEBSITE INFORMATION

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 17 October 2026

This policy explains how Nursing Medium handles information when you use nursingmedium.com, create an account, sign in, practise tests or purchase access.

For privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected]. Include the email address associated with your account, but do not send passwords, OTPs or full payment credentials.

1. Information used by the service

2. Why this information is used

Information is used to create and authenticate accounts, verify email, save and restore attempts, display results, verify purchases, grant paid access, respond to support, investigate faults or misuse and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Account-related messages may include verification codes, password-reset messages and service responses.

3. Service providers and disclosures

The website uses Supabase for authentication and stored service data, Razorpay for payment processing and Cloudflare for website delivery. Google processes sign-in when you select that option. These providers handle relevant data under their own terms and privacy practices and may use infrastructure in different countries.

Relevant information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law, to respond to valid legal requests or to protect accounts and the service against fraud or abuse. Questions about any other use or disclosure can be sent to the contact above.

Provider policies: Supabase, Google, Razorpay and Cloudflare.

4. Browser storage and external links

The site uses browser storage to maintain login sessions, remember a pending sign-up or Google return destination and save relevant practice state. Clearing storage can sign you out or remove locally saved progress; server-stored records may remain. Sign out on shared devices.

Following links to Google, YouTube, payment pages or other external websites exposes your activity to those services under their own policies. This policy describes the current account, practice and payment flow; any additional advertising or analytics technology requires an updated notice before it is introduced.

5. Retention and account requests

Account and practice information is retained as needed to provide the service and address support, security and legal requirements. Payment records may need to be retained for accounting, disputes and applicable legal obligations. Deleting browser storage does not delete your account or server records.

Contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, or to raise a privacy grievance. We may verify that you control the account before acting. Some records may need to remain for legitimate legal, payment-dispute or security reasons; backups may be removed through the providers' normal retention processes. We will explain relevant limitations when handling a request. Disconnecting Google permissions does not by itself delete your Nursing Medium account.

6. Security and your choices

Use a strong password, keep verification codes private and report suspected unauthorized access promptly. No online service can guarantee absolute security. You may use the available email sign-in instead of Google; using a different email can create a separate account without the purchases or history of your original account.

7. Young users

The service is intended for nursing learners and exam preparation. If a learner is under 18, a parent or guardian should contact us before an account or paid access is arranged so that applicable consent and eligibility requirements can be addressed. Please contact us if a child's information has been provided without appropriate authorization.

8. Changes and contact

Updates will be published on this page with a revised date. Material changes to data use will be communicated as appropriate. For privacy requests or concerns, email [email protected].

Local revision features

Short-practice answers, bookmarks, recent practice context and weekly checklist choices are stored in your browser. They do not automatically sync to your signed-in account or other devices. Use the clear-records control on the Free Practice page to remove short-practice records. Weekly checklist data can be removed through your browser site-data settings. These controls do not delete account-based mock attempts.

The revision interface emits browser-only activity events as an integration point. This release does not send those events to an external analytics service.
